We have a vigorous application process before accepting staff to be part of the Polite Team. Applicants are vetted through testing, interviews, refencing and trials before they can be considered part of the Polite team.
Management
Once staff are selected they are managed with a user friendly and sophisticated online system. Knowing that no two campaigns are the same, we filter staff into teams based on their experience and skills then individually select staff for each shift and campaign based on its requirements.
The capacity to communicate and inform both staff and clients with our online system ensures a seamless process whereby staff are presented with all of the tools to deliver a successful campaign.
